Greetings and Happy Holiday Seasons to all of you contributors to FDHS!
During one of our past FDHS communications, we had informed you that FDHS was looking to construct a medium size building in order to accommodate the staff and the people that it serviced. On that note, we are happy to update that with your assistance, FHDS has acquired the land (Lot Size: 4,000 m2 or 0.988 acre) that will be used for such construction (see picture). This is a major milestone for us and we are reaching out to you once more to keep the project moving.
The new building will allow us to move from 7 employees to 15 with a quadrupling of the number of patients being cared for from 100 to 400. Our initial estimates put the construction costs at US $200,000 spanning a 1 to 2-year period based on the level of funding we receive.
FDHS has been making a huge and positive impact to the people of the region despite all the challenging news coming from the country. FDHS is a 501.3(c) organization and your donation qualifies as a tax deduction.
To honor our donors, upon the completion of the building the donors’ names will be engraved on a plaque at the entrance door in recognition of their commitment to the people of the region.
